Matthew founded BEAT (Better Environment And Transport), which helps organisations with the task of decarbonising. His time at London Fire Brigade saw Matthew establish and lead its ground breaking Zero Emission Fleet Programme, which has made him an influential voice in blue-light vehicle sustainability.
